Key corporate sponsors were invited to sponsor the exhibition with three investment opportunities available – each providing exposure for the sponsor in a variety of beneficial ways. The potential corporate partners were hand-picked where a mutual value of a partnership was identified.

Tickets for the main event held on 17 December included a visit to the exhibition, guided tour of the RGS, private reception with Michael Wood and entrance to the main presentation. There were a number of guest speakers, presentations and a superb raffle prize of a holiday to India awarded by the main sponsor Great Rail Journeys.

Three Little Birds PR and Business Development managed the event including schedule and entertainment, coordinating the private reception with Michael Wood.
