Sheila Manzano
Managing Director

Kayleigh Johnstone

With an upbringing rooted in The Far East, Kayleigh is an experienced traveller with a particular love for Asia, especially Indonesian food! Supporting Sheila with account management, Kayleigh keeps the team organised, and is a vital source of inspiration and energy.

Peter Lynch

Peter’s been around a bit, circumnavigating the globe with a particular love of trains and wildlife. Author and travel writer of great online copy, print editorials and guide books he produces inspiring travel copy for use across marketing and PR channels.

Benita Finanzio
Event Account Manager

Benita hails from Down Under but has firmly laid down roots in the UK. She heads up the events team, with a decade of experience in creating and managing events globally. From 5 star hotel venues to the racing track, Benita gets into the nitty gritty organisation. Her key strength… stone is left unturned!

Rob Ellison
Event Project Manager

Rob, a Brummie boy gone south. A highly skilled event professional Rob brings 10 years of experience in event management, production and logistical planning to the team. Rob’s THE man who gets things done (on time, every time!!). His dedication and eye for detail drive his passion for perfection.

Joanne is our numbers lady and is often lost in SAGE! She brings a level of calm to our busy operation and although the rest of us in the office thinks she has the hardest job of the lot of us, she seems quite content hiding behind invoices.

John Calderon
IT Support

John, a native Spanish speaker is on hand to sort out our technical problems (not that we have many). He keeps the team entertained (and baffled) with his endless enthusiasm for software development #geek and ensures “we’re connected” - wherever the team travel.

Tina has stayed in thousands of hotels and been on hundreds of guided walks throughout her years in freelance travel so when she is desk bound her newsletters, blogs, editorial features and promotional content bring destinations to life.

Faye Molloy

Faye has joined the team with a keen interest to know more about the world of travel media, marketing & communications. She’ll be supporting Three Little Birds with internal activities.

Matt Parry

What started out as an interest developed into an obsession for Matt, whose award winning images have been featured in magazines such as National Geographic Traveller UK, Wanderlust and Lonely Planet. Let us know if you’d like to send Matt on a travel shoot.

Great Rail Journeys Ltd are the UK’s leading tour operator of escorted group rail holidays. Their requirement was to increase sales and brand awareness through innovative PR activities.

A PR plan was developed that would support the overall commercial objectives and strategies to grow the business. The focus was on the big picture and to ensure all PR activities and campaigns were integrated into the marketing strategy. Three Little Birds aim was to complement, support and develop the tour operator’s efforts and investment to grow.
